Static QR codes that do not expire
This tool creates static QR codes, which store the destination or other content directly in the code. The QR code itself has no expiration date and does not depend on a Toolkit.codes redirect. If the encoded URL stops working or Wi-Fi credentials change, however, you will need to generate and replace the code because a static QR code cannot be edited after it is printed.
Private, browser-based generation
QR code generation runs locally in your browser. The text you enter—including Wi-Fi passwords and contact details—is not uploaded for processing. The generated payload can be copied for inspection, and the page shows the QR version, module count, and encoded byte count alongside the live preview.
Choose PNG or SVG and check before printing
Download PNG files from 256 to 2048 pixels for documents and everyday printing, or choose SVG when you need a vector file that scales cleanly. For reliable scanning, keep the default four-module margin, use a dark code on a light background with strong contrast, and test the final image on more than one device. Higher error correction adds redundancy but also produces a denser code, so level M is a practical default for most uses.
